1. Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to receive a full refund.

2. Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled (once) to another available slot within 30 days, at no additional cost.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in 100% of the session fee being charged.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.

4. Professional Boundaries
This is a professional massage therapy service. Any form of inappropriate or sexual behaviour, language, or suggestion will not be tolerated.
If this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, the full session fee will still apply, and further action may be taken, including notifying relevant authorities if necessary.

5. Client Information & Safety
For safety and safeguarding purposes, relevant client information may be shared with the clinic or location where your appointment is taking place.
This is strictly for safety, identification, and emergency purposes only.
Your information will never be shared for marketing or promotional use.

6. Consultation Form Requirement
All clients are required to complete the consultation form attached to their confirmation and reminder email prior to their first appointment.
If any personal information, health status, or circumstances change, a new form must be completed to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.

7. Liability
By attending your appointment, you acknowledge and accept that treatment is carried out at your own risk.
Daniel Hope and the treatment venue cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained, except where required by law.

9. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

10. Punctuality & Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients.
As there is no waiting area available, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to avoid interrupting a session already in progress.
